We can obtain funding not only for the build costs, but also to help you purchase the plot of land you want to build on, subject to planning consent having been granted. It may also be possible for you to remain in your current property whilst building your new dream home, even if you currently have a mortgage.

A fee of between 0.35% & 0.5% of the loan amount is payable on completion. Typically this will be £400.
